Summer is here, and so is the need to relax, recharge, and prioritise your health. At our recently renovated Chenot Espace, we offer detox and health wellness programmes all year round. The Chenot Espace at L’Albereta blends Chenot’s pioneering wellness approach with Moretti’s family’s hospitality philosophy.

Fitness Boost Package (Programme + accommodation*):

FITNESS BOOST (3 days/3 nights)

The Fitness Boost aims to familiarise you with your fitness performance potential, your physical strengths and weaknesses, and how you can improve those weaknesses to optimise your health and improve your wellbeing, regardless of age. The treatments are personalised to your needs as an individual and constantly monitored by specialised medical personnel.

ADVANCED DETOX (6 days/7 nights)

This signature Chenot programme aims to induce a deep purification and detoxification of the body to eliminate toxins, increase vitality, reset energy levels, and rebalance its physiology.

Carried out under medical supervision, treatments consist of cellular resonance therapies; massage techniques using cupping, electrostimulation, and essential oils; hydro-aromatherapies with plant extracts, as well as plant-based mud wrapping applications enriched with pure microalgae and invigorating high-pressure showers.

PRICE AND TERMS

The above package is for a minimum stay of three nights, per room and for two people.
The package includes the Chenot Fitness Boost Programme with 3 Chenot Diet meals a day, as well as accomodation in a double room.
For the person not following the Chenot programme the package includes a breakfast buffet in Stanza 54.
Includes taxes, VAT and services.
City tax supplement, per day, per person not included.

Cancellation policy:

Up to 7 days before the arrival, no charge.
After the 6th day or no show, 100% of the total will be charged.
